Compared with conventional nylon, PA12+CF has lower moisture absorption, helping printed dimensions remain more stable when exposed to humidity and temperature changes.
▪ Self-Lubricating & Wear Resistant
Excellent self-lubrication and wear resistance make it suitable for moving components such as gears, bushings, and mechanical parts.
▪ High Temperature Resistance
Suitable for continuous use at temperatures up to approximately 120°C, with short-term temperature resistance up to approximately 160°C.
▪ Low Shrinkage & Low Warping
Reduced shrinkage helps minimize warping, edge lifting, and cracking during printing.
▪ Fine Matte Surface Finish
